Bemidji Senior Center Rummage Bake Sale @ Bemidji Senior Center

The Bemidji Senior Center is holding our 2025 Winter Rummage-Bake Sale, Friday and Saturday January 24th & 25th.

We could use more gently used household items to add to our rummage sale. Feel free to drop any items off at the senior center.

We don’t take clothes.

All proceeds from the sale to benefit the Bemidji Senior Center.

Freedom Christian Academy is putting on a community event in Erskine. We are doing a puzzle night. Each team will get a puzzle and the first 3 teams to finish will win a cash prize. There will be drinks and snacks provided. We ask that teams RSVP by January 13th. Teams can RSVP by texting Amber at 218-280-6311. All proceeds benefit FCA students. Taco Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser for Sean Rohrbacher @ Rogers Resort on Red Lake

On Saturday January 4th, 2025, Sean Rohrbacher had an accident causing him a neck injury leading to emergency surgery. He will be out of work for quite some time. We are having a Taco dinner and silent auction to help him and his family in their time of need. Please come and join us!!! Silent auction will be set up throughout the day and Tacos will be ready at 6 PM. Charlie Darmer will perform too!!

March For Life Fosston @ Hugo's Family Marketplace

Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life Chapter 45 will also sponsor a March for Life in Fosston on Saturday, January 25th. Meet at the Hugo Parking Lot at 9:15 a.m. and walk at 9:30 a.m. to the Embassy Center where a program and light lunch will follow. Todd Lundell will share why we walk, highlights from 2024 and the local Chapter 45 plans for the upcoming year. For more information about the Fosston March, call Todd at 218-431-0156.

Join us Wednesday, February 5th at Country Faith Church, 46125 149th Ave, Clearbrook for Ruby’s Pantry, Clearbrook. Our drive-thru distribution will run from 5-6:00pm or until food items are gone. Bring a $25 cash donation and receive a “share” which is an abundance of grocery items that are valued over $100 which varies every month. **Please bring exact change. There is a maximum of 2 shares per vehicle. No registration needed for drive-thru distribution. No boxes needed, everything will be prepackaged for you. Ruby’s Pantry is a pop-up non-profit food ministry serving our rural communities across MN & WI on a monthly basis, hosted by non-profits and made possible by volunteers at each site.
