The Beltrami County Master Gardeners will be hosting their Spring Garden Party on Saturday, April 5th 8:30 – 12:00pm at the Evangelical Free Church, 115 Car Lake Rd SW Bemidji. This educational event will feature 3 local experts, door prizes, refreshments, and informational booths to help our community get the gardening season kicked off! Special guest speakers will be Jim Walla, “the Tree Doctor” who will talk about The Edible Forest in Fargo; Tyler Olson, from Nature’s Edge Garden Center, will present on Mastering Annuals for Every Season; and Erik Heimark, co-founder of Maple Ridge Produce, will teach about Vegetable Gardening. One Voice Bemidji is inviting everyone to a Community Good Friday Service for the Bemidji area, Friday, April 18th at 6:00 pm. This will include a time of worship, message, and communion. Our heart is to bring the body of Christ together, and what better way to do it than to commemorate what Christ did for all of us on the cross, and then look forward to the great celebration of his Resurrection on Easter Sunday! The Good Friday Service will be in the Sanford Center Ballroom on Friday, April 18th @ 6pm. Pastor Alex Robinson of Calvary Chapel with be sharing the message. One Voice Bemidji is a working together of many Bible believing churches in the Bemidji area to bring glory to the Lord!
