We can use your help! Are you vailable on weekends for events? Would you like to help us work a booth, organize a corn hole tournament, help plan and organize station concerts, or simply “work the crowd” promoting your favorite Christian radio station!

Volunteer Policy

As a ministry, Your Q FM relies on volunteers every year to make our events possible. In fact, without volunteers, Your Q FM would be stunted in our effectiveness to make our community a better place to live and raise a family. Because we value your participation in this ministry, we have a few simple guidelines to be a volunteer for Your QFM.

• Please be on time for any scheduled volunteer shift for any event you sign up for.

• Please allow 48 hours notice when you know you will be unable to make your shift.

• Not showing up for an event you are scheduled for can put the ministry and other volunteers that are counting on you in a major bind. Each person will be given a maximum of two “no shows” before determining that serving at Your QFM may not be in the best interest of either of us.

• As a volunteer of Your QFM, you are a visible representation of the ministry. Please make sure you represent the ministry according to the principles and values that Your QFM is founded – to reach the listening area with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ. Foul language or other inappropriate behavior cannot be tolerated.
